Diana Vanleeuwen
Managing Director

Diana Van Leeuwen is a Managing Director at North Point Associates, where she manages complex investigative due diligence engagements for institutional investors, employers, law firms, and corporate clients. A former litigator, federal law clerk, and investigator, Diana approaches each engagement with a lawyer's discipline for sorting fact from noise. She leads research strategy, background investigations, litigation review, public-record research, and reputational risk assessments, translating qualitative findings into concise, decision-ready reporting for clients.

Before North Point, Diana served as a clerk for a judge in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Earlier in her career, she was an associate at Hogan Lovells in Boston, where she handled securities litigation, civil investigative demands, and FDA matters, and ran third-party misconduct investigations. She began her career clerking for a judge in the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, with earlier litigation experience at Boston firms and in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Appellate Division, where she argued a case before the Massachusetts Appeals Court.

She earned a B.A. from Simmons College (cum laude) and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, graduating magna cum laude. Diana is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
