Haley Rist

Head of Operations

Haley Rist is Head of Operations at North Point Associates. As a member of North Point’s leadership team, Haley works closely with the firm’s Board and across its investigative and business development teams, helping translate strategic priorities into execution while ensuring the firm has the operational infrastructure to deliver consistently excellent work for its clients. 

Since joining North Point in its early stages, Haley has played a central role in professionalizing and scaling the firm’s operations as the company has grown. She has helped build the infrastructure, systems, and processes that underpin the business today, with a broad remit across the firm’s internal operations, talent, and client services. She works closely with teams across the firm to support the client experience from the start of an engagement through its completion, bringing consistency and coordination across each stage of the process.

Haley’s experience spans nonprofit program development and management, education, and public service. Before joining North Point, she developed and managed nonprofit programs and worked in art education, including curriculum development and instruction. She currently serves as an elected member of the Ipswich School Committee, contributing to district governance, policy, and budgeting. Across these roles, her work has centered on building effective programs, supporting people and organizations, and turning ideas into practical, meaningful outcomes.

Haley holds a Master of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching and a Bachelor of Applied Science with a concentration in Fine/Studio Arts from Northeastern University.
