Naphtali Rivkin

Managing Director and Head of Investigations

Naphtali Rivkin is a Managing Director and Head of Investigations at North Point Associates. With more than a decade of experience across the public and private sectors, Naphtali investigates fraud, theft, whistleblower allegations, insider threats, executive misconduct, and workplace violence on behalf of investors, corporations, and their counsel. 

His casework spans multimillion-dollar asset misappropriations, sanctions evasion schemes, illicit kickbacks, and reputational matters that shape corporate decision-making. He is regularly engaged by counsel to trace assets in judgment enforcement, vet witnesses in high-stakes litigation, and support both plaintiffs and defendants with tailored intelligence strategies. Naphtali began his career as a US Army intelligence officer and US Government intelligence analyst before leading investigations at a global consulting firm. 

He holds a BA in Russian Area Studies and English from Washington and Lee University and an M.Phil. in International Relations from the University of Cambridge (Clare College), and was a Fulbright Scholar in Latvia. He is a licensed private investigator (New York), holds the Professional Certified Investigator (PCI) designation from ASIS International, and was a 2024 Consulting Magazine Rising Star for Excellence in Client Services.
