Pam Harght

Senior Director of Business Development

Pam Harght is the Senior Director of Business Development at North Point Associates, where she works at the intersection of client strategy and deal flow. Pam drives the firm's growth strategy, cultivates relationships with our private equity clients, and leads positioning of North Point's due diligence capabilities. She also develops and executes North Point's sales and client development strategies.

Before joining North Point, Pam's career spanned many different industries, beginning as an acoustician after graduate school in Kansas. After earning her MBA, she joined several Austin, TX startups across tech, consumer packaged goods, and payments/fintech, and also ran her own multi-channel retail running-apparel store. These varied experiences have given Pam the ability to build structure and systems, approach challenges with creativity, and quickly get up to speed in new industries.

Pam holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Production and Engineering from Berklee College of Music, a Master of Arts in Architecture from the University of Kansas, and a master’s in business with a focus in Entrepreneurship from Acton School of Business (formerly of Austin, TX). She currently resides south of Boston with her family and enjoys hiking, running, and other outdoor pursuits.
