Sophie Renzi

Senior Research Analyst

Sophie Renzi is a Senior Research Analyst at North Point Associates, specializing in pre-M&A, pre-hire, and pre-transaction due diligence. She also assists with forensic referencing and voice of the customer research, providing clients with information needed to make informed decisions. 

Alongside her research role, Sophie has supported internal team development initiatives and client events at North Point, including organizing and participating in golf outings. She is also an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Boston chapter, a network of M&A dealmakers and business leaders, where she attends events and conferences to grow her industry knowledge and professional network. She was selected for the 2025 ACG Accelerator Program, an exclusive leadership development program for emerging leaders in the M&A community. She holds a B.A. in Intelligence Studies from Mercyhurst University, with minors in Political Science and Psychology. 

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring new places throughout New England, and making her signature buffalo chicken dip.
